It is normal to think that you were ghosted because of your fault – maybe something you said (or didn’t say), did (or didn’t do), or lacked (or owned). But, just like rejection, ghosting actually has more to do with the other person than it does with you. Yes, you might have actually said, done, or lacked something, but it was still the person’s decision to cut you off without even giving any reason.
Do you know that over 100 million kids in elementary and high school all over the world, experience bullying? Do you also know that 80% of bullied kids grow up with PTSD from childhood?
An apology is not just about the words; it’s about understanding what you did wrong and making an effort to make things better in your friendship or any form of association, most politely and reasonably.
An apology is like an invisible glue that keeps our human or social connections intact when mistakes and offences arise.
But, making an honest and acceptable apology can be tough for many people.
Morality is about how we relate with other people. How our actions impact the well-being of others.
Sadly, the poorer people get, the more they get desperate – short-sighted, self-serving, heartless, and even cynical. {The more evil and corrupt the country gets).
If you like pray from now till you cry blood, if Nigeria doesn’t get richer, and our economy, healthcare system, and education don’t improve, our morality won’t get better.
