A spontaneous person does what they believe is right, without depending on external motivation. They can commit and do what it takes even when the external environment or circumstances are not pleasant…even when they don't feel like it.
Although introverts are people who don't have issues (and even enjoy) being alone with their thoughts, I encourage my introverted friends to connect with people they don’t know despite the anxiety or difficulty they may experience. This is because I discovered that I (who is also an introvert) became happier, more refined, and driven when I started connecting with and opening up to more people who didn't know:
Giving without expectations requires you to believe and trust in the very act of giving - believing that giving is rewarding on its own - that it is already a blessing to give - that giving is something you are doing for yourself.

Altruism - the selfless concern for the well-being of others - is advisable for so many reasons. But thinking people will reciprocate your kindness if you are nice to them is just naive. I know, because I've been “Mr. Nice Guy” before.
Stories are powerful because they inspire people to think and act, since, it doesn't only appeal to their logic, but emotions as well.
There is a strong temptation to be ungrateful to society due to its imperfection, but we must exercise gratitude because society lays the foundation for the order (law, commerce, democracy, etcetera) and whatever privileges we enjoy (including access to clean water, the internet, education, and even the “peace” we enjoy).
Being independent is not merely the ability to live alone (without needing help), but the capacity to start contributing positively to your environment (because you’re indebted to it). You owe your parents/guardians for “nurturing” you, society for “civility”, and the…
We must talk about mental health not just because it informs and encourages those with (or at risk of) mental health crises to seek help (or do something), but because ignoring it permits (and in some cases worsens) avoidable suffering.
By intentionally focusing on the bigger picture, we enhance our understanding of reality, rejuvenate our spiritual well-being; and create long-lasting success.
